Easter Seals Thrift Store sign. Working at an Easter Seals retail center is one of our most popular jobs. Participants learn valuable job skills and life skills while earning a paycheck. We design duties based on individual interest. Team members sort incoming donations, hang clothing, perform janitorial duties, and stock the sales floor shelves. Some participants are responsible for specific duties and displays that reflect their interests.
