Get Involved and Support Easter Seals!

Helping people with disabilities is what we do at Easter Seals... but we can't do it alone.  One way to get involved is by participating in an Easter Seals special event.  Throughout the year, our many community partners and friends continued to help us raise funds for children with disabilities who live in our local communities.  Visit this site often for updated information on upcoming events! 

Join the Miracle League Baseball Team - 2014 Registration Forms Now Available!
 

The Miracle League is an all inclusive special needs baseball team for kids of all ages. It removes the barriers that keep children with mental and physical disabilities off the baseball field and lets them experience the joy of America’s favorite pastime. The Miracle League is about making new friends, building self-esteem and being treated just like other kids.

You can sign-up at the Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center (1305 National Road in Wheeling,West Virginia). There is a $25.00 registration fee that includes the player’s uniform and transportation costs. Scholarships are available upon request.

2014 Schedule
May 3: Season Opener with West Liberty University and Wheeling Jesuit University (location/time TBD)
May 10 - June 22: regular, weekly games at the Miracle League Field (six consecutive weeks)
June 28: Full league night game under the lights at the Miracle League Field
July 3: Full league Beast of the East game
*Weekly games will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
