Bright Beginnings Bright Beginnings provides essential physical, occupational, and speech therapies, social work support, and family training to the needy young infants and toddlers (aged birth to three). These children do not qualify for State-supported services under Pennsylvania Act 212, however, they are deemed to be seriously "at-risk" and therefore kept in tracking by their county. With the support of generous donors listed below, Bright Beginnings has served hundreds of Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware County infants and toddlers and their families. |
