  Tell your Representatives to cosponsor and approve the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act of 2013 (H.R. 647) that establishes tax-free savings accounts (modeled after 529 college accounts) that families could contribute into to help individuals with disabilities pay for essential community-based services, including medical care, assistive technology, job training and education.
