Career Designs helps build independence, promotes community involvement.

Easter Seals-Goodwill Career Designs, located in Great Falls, MT, provides individualized training and support for adults with developmental disabilities to live and work in the community. The individualized approach to training and support seeks to maximize each person's desired outcomes and opportunities for a full and productive life.

Making time for fun.

We encourage getting out and getting involved in the community and support participants' desire to take an active role in community life. We promote involvement in a variety of ways. One way is hosting neighborhood events such as our Summer Solstice Carnival each June.  Another is offering informal group outings such as our recent "end-of-summer" picnic at a large local park.

	Everyone enjoyed a variety of games at the end-of-summer picnic, as well as grilled burgers and hot dogs and of course great company!

Career Designs Services.

Career Designs includes therapeutic services for individuals with severe and/or multiple disabilities which emphasize health and safety, mobility, activities of daily living, behavior support and basic self-help skills. 

Participants may also choose to receive training in developing work-related skills, building community living skills and in academic and personal growth areas. Support is provided for participants to work within our facility and in community business settings and also to individuals who live in their own homes or with their family.

Program referral is needed.

Referrals are made primarily through the Developmental Disabilities Program of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. 

Easter Seals-Goodwill is a qualified provider of services through the Montana State Department of Public Health and Human Services, Developmental Disabilities and Vocational Rehabilitation Programs.
