The Job Training & Employment Program helps people with disabilities and people in economic need to develop the skills they need to get and keep jobs in today’s competitive workplace.
The Comprehensive vocational rehabilitation program offers:
- Vocational Evaluations with a 10-day turnaround for reports/recommendations
- Job training and employment services
- In-depth training options as well as refresher courses
- School to Work services for students age 14 and over
Contract options are flexible and available to provide vocational evaluations, computer skills training and job skills training, including job placement.
Integration of Assistive Technology (AT) provides a full range of assistive technology hardware, adaptations and software available for individuals to try out. Services are provided at Easter Seals centers in Boston and Worcester, in homes, schools, nursing homes and work places.
