SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES:
Provide one to one support to an adult living in their own home. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Clinical Supervisor in our program serving families living in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. While there is a preference for applicants with bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills, this is not required. QUALIFICATIONS:

- Utilizes all financial analysis tools including income statements, projections, grant forecasts, grant balances by category, and trend analyses.
- Reviews grant expenses for compliance with federal regulations, coding, and budget constraints.
- Trains the grant program staff on proper expense coding and compliance requirements per OMB Circular A-122 regulations. Conducts periodic reviews and makes corrections as necessary.
- Trains and advises staff on procedures such as travel, procurement, purchasing, and other grant requirements.

SUMMARY:

- In accordance with a strategic plan and established goals, contacts donors by telephone and mail with the sole purpose of cultivating philanthropic support to Easter Seals through outright and deferred planned gifts.
- Maintains an active portfolio of 500 donors and prospects who will be at varying levels of interest in and commitment to planned gifts. Such cultivation/stewardship will include a minimum of three contacts per year to these donors, comprised of broad "mass" stewardship, personal phone calls, handwritten notes and personal visits.
- Responds to inquiries and planned giving-related responses driven by the national direct mail program, as assigned by gift type or territory.
- Ensures annual goals are met, which will include a minimum of 50 in-person visits with committed planned gift donors and/or qualified prospects, some of which will occur through collaborative efforts with Easter Seals Affiliates.
- Ensures the adoption and use by 100% of Affiliates of tools for reporting bequest expectancies as well as tools for retrieving useful data about planned gift donors and prospects.
- Collaborates with local Affiliates to ensure the most seamless and effective approach will be used with every donor and prospect. This may include coordination of special arrangements with certain Affiliates who have the capacity and make the commitment to cultivate and steward all prospects and committed planned gift donors from the direct marketing database.
- Manages Legacy Society recognition for Easter Seals donors in territories as assigned, both at national and local levels.
- Documents and reports on every donor interaction utilizing Easter Seals' donor management database.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The AmeriCorps Coordinator is responsible for the administrative aspects of the Easter Seals Wisconsin AmeriCorps Partnership. Working with other project staff, the Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties including member recruitment and enrollment, member training and citizenship education, monitoring and evaluating program activities and member performance, required reporting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements of Corporation for National and Community Service and Serve Wisconsin, and other duties related to the success of the program and members’ service. A minimum two year commitment is strongly preferred.
DUTIES:
- Coordinate the recruitment of AmeriCorps (AC) members to serve in Easter Seals Wisconsin (ESW) programs.
- Coordinate and lead, in consultation with AC member supervisors (ESW program staff), the selection, enrollment, orientation, and training of AC members.
- Plan and provide member orientation and training, e.g. citizenship, professional development, and life skills training.
- Manage AC member files and ensure that online databases, e.g. OnCorps, MyAmeriCorps, eGrants, that track AC member service, are accurate and regularly updated.

Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells to meet with members. From September through May, this will typically be 1 - 3 weekend days and 1 - 3 weekdays per month, depending upon the number of Respite and Wawbeek sessions offered in each month. During the summer (May August) this will typically be 3 days per week.

- Participate in ESW public relations and special events, Camp fundraising events, Camp & Respite Committee of the Board, and related activities as required.
- Support the duties of the VP, Program Development and President/CEO as appropriate and necessary.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Main office at Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells.
- Live on Camp grounds; housing provided.
- Weekend and evening commitments on a regular basis, including some overnights.
- On-call 24 hours during Respite sessions year-round.
- Work in Easter Seals state office in Madison as possible and necessary during non-summer period: one day/week, as benchmark.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A. in therapeutic recreation, special education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in camping field, with people with physical and cognitive disabilities and challenging behavioral issues.
- Supervisory experience required, with emphasis on team building and leadership.
- Experience with staff recruitment and training.
- Experience in budget development and monitoring of income and expenses.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work effectively with the public and with parents/caregivers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift a 75 pound individual and transfer safely.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of good driving record.
- Member, or ability to qualify as a member, of American Camp Association.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Vice President of Programs & Services is responsible for leading and guiding the delivery of all agency programs and services in alignment with the Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin, Inc. strategic direction, while assuring fiscal efficiency for the agency and service quality for all those served.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
- A minimum of seven (7) years experience in disability services required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience in creating, managing and maintaining budgets in excess of $1.5 million preferred.
- Experience in program and service development required.
- Travel between multiple sites is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have proof of insurance AND meet the requirements of the Employee Driving Policy.
- A Criminal Background Check must meet the requirements of the State of WI licensure for day programming.
- A Credit Check is required for this position
