The Easter Seals Dental Program has been in operation since 1965. The mission of the Dental Program is to deliver dental services to individuals with developmental disabilities. To be eligible for dental care through the Program, a person’s primary diagnosis must be one of the following:
Patients must be residents of Illinois. There is no charge for dental services.
