Volunteering

Help Easter Seals Create Solutions and Change Lives

Volunteers are critical to the success of Easter Seals. Volunteers can be professionals and non-professional, parents, local residents, community organizations, private businesses, senior citizens and college students. You can volunteer as an individual or as a group. Many organizations and individuals have worked with Easter Seals, such as AT&T, Microsoft, Kiwanis Clubs, Local Health Professionals and Hands On Atlanta. Assisting with classroom activities, such as reading, playing with kids on playground, kitchen assist, clean windows, host a craft work shop activity with our kids, parent education classes, clerical, classroom helpers and help with our events through out the year with other similar tasks is a great way to experience Easter Seals and the joy of volunteering.

We need your help!  We need volunteers in our centers.  Come and spend an hour or two and read to our children, help out our teachers or just come and play with the children!  Our federal grant requires 20% in kind match.  We meet our in kind requirements through volunteers like you.  Come out and meet our children.  I promise you will walk away with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart. Our kids are terrific!
