Teachers - Easter Seals North Georgia seeks Teachers and Assistant Teachers for positions at 11 Child Development Centers which serve children from 0 to 5. Teachers must possess Bachelors or AA in Early Childhood Education. Assistant Teachers must possess CDA. Occupational Therapist -Easter Seals offers Occupational Therapists & COTA's the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary educational team including the Assistive Technology Team in meeting the needs of a diverse pediatric population. Physical Therapist - Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy or satisfactory completion of a certificate program in physical therapy. Program must be accredited. Must be licensed by the State of Georgia. Bending, stooping and lifting is required. Exposure to pediatrics highly preferred. New graduates considered pending successful completion of the licensing exam. Speech Language Pathologists - Must have a Masters degree and be a licensed Speech Pathologist or pursing such. Depending on resources, positions available for those who have completed or are completing their C's. We support your successful completion. Speech Pathologists support our clients using innovative techniques and team effort. These therapists provide therapeutic services to children with dysphagia, aphasia and cognitive deficits. Position Title: FAMILY SERVICES SUPERVISOR Job Classification: Exempt Reports to: Director of Quality Implementation Number of Openings: 1 Position Overview: The Family Services Supervisor carries out the programs and policies authorized by the Head Start Performance Standards, Policy Council, and Easter Seals North Georgia administration. Under the direction of the Director of Quality Implementation, develops and facilitates the implementation of the family services program to include monitoring of family and community partnership activities. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and four (4) years of related social work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and six (6) years of experience.
