Facilities Rental
Groups from 20 - 112 persons may rent the facility for environmental education, church retreats, or conferencing. All residences are air conditioned, most heated, handicap accessible, and have full washroom facilities. Following are the number of rooms, bathrooms and beds for each building at Fairlee Manor.

Dining Hall

An inviting L-shaped dining hall that seats 140, with restrooms.

Meals

-buffet or family style;

-salad bar available;

-catered food is available at an additional fee.
                                        
Cottage

Double winged spacious building with common rooms, kitchenettes, 12 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Sleeps 34. 

Octagonal Cabins

The Tree Cabin and Fireplace Cabin each sleep 14 and are attached to the Bath House.


Dormitory
2 (two) sleeping areas with bunked beds sleep 24 with large bathroom and attached chaperones' annex sleeps 4 (four).

Yurt

A recreational living structure that sleeps 14.

Craft Cabin

A great multipurpose, 50 X 25, room for classes, meetings and activities.

Pavilion/Picnic Park

45 X 30 ft shelter, 13 wheelchair accessible picnic tables, volleyball court, gas and charcoal grilling.

Campfire Circle/Outdoor Chapel

Amenities

-Beds and full sized mattresses. Groups should bring their own sheets, blankets, pillow;
-Campfires in designated areas;
-Handicap accessible trails and facility.

For overnights, Fairlee Manor can be rented throughout the year for as little as $11 per person per night!
