Veteran Services Overview
With record numbers of service members returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan, Easter Seals Colorado is organizing their efforts to assist veterans with and without disabilities in reintegrating into their communities. Through volunteer and employment opportunities, Easter Seals Colorado is responding to the needs of its veterans to promote their success in attaining individual goals and full community participation.  

Community Blueprint Network- Colorado
The Community Blueprint Network- Colorado (CBNC) is a partnership among Easter Seals Colorado, Veterans Green Jobs, Metro Volunteers, and Rocky Mountain Human Services and is funded by the Points of Light Foundation and Lockheed Martin. CBNC’s goal is to provide reintegration, education, employment and health care referral services to veterans with and without disabilities.

The CBNC Vision
To improve the lives of veterans and their families through goodwill, national service and volunteer organizations as a pathway to employment.
