The Explorer’s Adult Day Program focuses on group activities such as community exploration, learning experiences, outdoor recreation, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. We believe in supporting individual goals skill building, independence, health, safety, socialization and community inclusion.

The Day Program serves adults with a wide range of disabilities and skill levels. Currently, there are two day programs; one program at 5755 W. Alameda Ave. Lakewood, CO. and the other at 1755 Dover St. Lakewood, CO.  Each program serves anywhere from 12-20 individuals, with a consumer/staff ratio of 5:1. The maximum number of consumers served per day is 20.

The program is open Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm.
