Frances is a counselor who has worked with at-risk and incarcerated youth at the Alabama Department of Youth Services.  She has been contracted by the Department of Human Resources and the Department of Postsecondary Education to create programs  to better serve the youth of Alabama.

Frances is an amateur dog and horse trainer. Her dogs serve in comfort care services as well as programs for at-risk youth and Easter Seals therapies.

“Dogs are catalysts to motivate us and others to be better, to do better, and to do more.   Dogs have the natural ability to open hearts so healing can happen… I witness these miracles every day!” says Frances.
